We have been going to Pinball Arcade Outlet for the last fifteen years to play arcade games and pinballs during Pac Man Fever Fridays. It has always been a fun place to hang out. We just recently bought our first pinball from Charlie, and received exceptional service. He made us feel like family and I will recommend Pinball Arcade Outlet to all my friends. Jose delivered the machine and was very professional. We will continue to do business with Charlie and Pinball Arcade Outlet for years to come.

Charlie is the guy to deal with for rental or purchases of arcade games. Also has a great bar next door!

Charlie and his team are wonderful! I have done several transactions with them, as well as referred many people to them and no one has ever been disappointed. They always go the extra mile to take care of their customers. Houston is lucky to have this resource for all type of arcade games and resources!

The great place to buy a pinball machine, the owner is a great guy did everything for us to make sure that we got a good pinball machine in working order and treat us like family, great place and a good owner, and if I do get another pinball machine probably be there.

Can’t believe I’m only remembering to leave a review now but this place is the absolute best for buying your pins from. We bought 3 from them ourselves and don’t regret a single decision about it. Treat you like family and go the whole 9 yards to make sure your machine is taken care of before you leave and anytime after. Their selection of games is astounding! You feel like a kid in a candy store in this place. Absolutely A+, couldn’t rave enough about them or recommend them enough!
